VCDS organizes sessions of training and capacity building for its teachers of non-formal schools. Such programmes last for two to three days, and are focused on various thematics : personality development, computer skill, spoken English, first and self-defense in case of emergency, mathematics, naturopathy, child psychology, child management, teaching methodologies.
