VCDS aims at providing alternatives to the people in terms of education, income activities, farming and social activities. VCDS is a non-political, non- religious, skill development and secular organization consisting of members of the target group with a collective responsibility of planning, execution, evaluation, reporting and updating. VCDS is a pioneer and lead NGO that trains other social development groups in Tamil Nadu. VCDS is a member of state- level and international networks.
